We accept fabric replacements only if a valid complaint is lodged within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours of purchase, replacements will not be honored.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds are only considered if complaints are raised within 24 hours of receiving your items.
Complaints received after this period may not qualify for refunds.
3. Payment Policy:
To secure your chosen fabric, payment must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, kindly confirm with us if the fabric is still available before making payment.
4. Product Quality:
Our fabrics are handmade, and slight variations are part of their uniqueness. These variations do not qualify as defects
5. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the items upon receipt and report any issues promptly within the allowed time
